Morning Brew

I launched Morning Brew's multimedia department encompassing audio, video, and social platforms. Across 4 podcasts, I drove 1,000% year-over-year podcast growth and 1M+ new social followers across platforms. I developed new formats (creator-led and casted), piloted and tested them, and then brought several to market for sponsorship once proven successful. I oversaw the development and production of several franchise series including Money With Katie hosted by Katie Gatti Tassin, Founder's Journal and Imposters, both hosted by Alex Lieberman, as well as social-first formats that grew into long-form series, including Good Work by Dan Toomey. I also launched the piloting process for the Morning Brew Daily news program.

Ritual

As Chief Content Officer, I built the content strategy that scaled the app from launch to 30K+ monthly active users in 18 months. I created a signature audio format of 30+ weekly practices that became a core product differentiator, and developed partnerships with 7+ premium creators to co-create content franchises that drove retention and growth. I worked directly with each creator to hone their voice for the format, develop custom audio experiences and series structures, and produce marketing materials for their social channels. Content is accessible within the app; the platform website is linked below.

Offcall

I launched the How I Doctor podcast, which became a primary driver of audience growth and online engagement for the Offcall brand. I coached the host, Graham (Offcall’s co-founder), on interviewing and narration technique, and identified and booked high-impact guests to drive engagement and downloads among our core audience of practicing physicians. Our LinkedIn video clips aligned to the podcast became a significant driver of brand lift and user signups—especially our interview with Mark Cuban, which generated 3,000+ reactions, 256 comments, and 223 reposts. I also stood up the company blog, incorporating a mix of company content and customer content—including physician op-eds and user profiles.

Medley

I work with the CEO and co-founders to grow their individual and company LinkedIn presence through strategic, multi-format thought leadership—resulting in 10% month-over-month growth in LinkedIn engagement and increased brand visibility. I also relaunched Medley Moments from a LinkedIn Live event into a premium thought leadership video series, increasing viewership, site traffic, and brand lift. The series features both internal leadership and external talent, including Fortune 500 Chief People Officers.
